The Pier Exchange The Pier is a TCG entertainment center, run by Allison. Some of us love to play the games so much that we visit other tcg's just for fun. The Pier is a "game arcade" and is not related to Harmony Alley in any way, but instead a place were you can go to earn a few coupons to trade for Harmony Alley cards.
